You are in a Mix B2B B2C company that runs on ECC and wants to add CRM.
You are not sure what to do with your contact persons.
Option 1: ECC - the contact person has a unique numebr in ECC and will be transfered to CRM with a different number. If this BP will get a customer role this will create in ECC a new record with a different number
Option 2: CRM - The same BP can have different roles.
Our recomendation is not to synchronize the contact person in this case from ECC to CRM and to create them from scratch in CRM.
